Emma entered the legal industry as an office junior, but after demonstrating a strong dedication to her work and interest in the legal field she swiftly advanced to a property settlement clerk position, and spent time working in a paralegal role in our Wills and Estates team.
Prior to joining Attwood Marshall Lawyers in May 2024, Emma spent 18 months out of law, diversifying her experience and working in the hospitality sector. Recognising the all-service nature of the firm, Emma viewed the administration assistant position at Attwood Marshall Lawyers as an excellent opportunity to broaden her knowledge across various legal practice areas.
Emma's early experience in property law and Wills and estates matters has equipped her with invaluable insights into the intricate nuances of these areas, enabling her to effectively assist our legal team in navigating complex transactions and client matters.
Her exceptional organisational skills mean our lawyers receive comprehensive support in their daily tasks and case management responsibilities, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality legal services to our clients without unnecessary administrative burdens.
With her years of experience in the industry, Emma empathizes with the challenges and struggles faced by clients. She approaches her role with a sense of compassion, striving to take away our clients’ burdens and offer support whenever possible.
