Wills & Estates Senior Associate Debbie Sage will join Robyn Hyland to talk about the importance of planning for end-of-life care and what options are available.
Emily Edmonds is an experienced family lawyer and estate planning solicitor and is part of the firm's highly reputed Family Law and Wills & Estates departments.

Emily works as a family law and estate planning Lawyer, assisting in matrimonial and de facto property matters, parenting disputes, divorce applications, and wills, enduring powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardian .

She has worked in the legal industry for over 8 years. Emily obtained her Associate Degree in Law in 2011, and after gaining some experience in conveyancing and property matters. She turned her attention to family law and estate planning in 2013. Emily obtained her Bachelor of Laws through Southern Cross University in 2017 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2018.

Emily is empathetic to the needs of clients who often find themselves feeling stressed and overwhelmed in dealing with situations that commonly arise in family law matters.

Emily is a Tweed Heads/Coolangatta local having grown up on the Gold Coast and graduated from Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School.

“Helping our clients through the court process is a tough job but highly rewarding for me as a lawyer because I get to see families and children settle into their lives, and that’s my aim every day – to work towards a true resolution,” Emily said.
