Hannah graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University in 2021.

She joined Attwood Marshall Lawyers in 2024 coming from a previous background practicing on the Gold Coast where she built up experience in property, commercial and real estate law.

As a property and commercial lawyer, Hannah primarily focuses on Queensland residential property purchases and sales, including off-the-plan transactions. She can also take on New South Wales transactions.

An early passion for the humanities initially led Hannah to pursue a career in community services. She holds a Community Services Cert IV and Graduate Diploma in Social Science, and previously worked at a not-for-profit, where she supported case managers and their teams with clients in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) as well as homeless, domestic violence and mental health programs.

She soon decided to shift her focus to pursuing a legal career, drawn by the unique challenges of the legal industry and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in a way that resonated deeply with her personal and professional aspirations.

While studying, she developed a keen interest in property, family, and criminal law. These areas strongly appealed to her, fuelling her determination to positively impact people’s lives.

Hannah takes a strong client-centred approach to her role and has a genuine interest in the work that she does, bringing with her 12 years’ experience in the local area.

Hannah recognises that the sale and purchase of a property is an exciting time in her client’s lives, but one that also requires strict adherence to contractual obligations. She thrives on the fast-paced nature of property transactions and the way they require high attention to detail while also thinking creatively on her feet to ensure her clients’ needs and best interests are being met.
