New RTC office opens Thursday nights and Saturday mornings in new level of legal services
Senior Associate and Estate Litigator Melissa Tucker, Estate Planning Lawyer Larisa Kapur and Senior Associate Hayley Condon (Family and Estate Planning Lawyer) are stationed full-time at our new Robina Town Centre Office. Department Manager Donna Tolley discusses the services available at the Robina office.
Attwood Marshall’s new Robina Town Centre office is well and truly up and running with a full complement of senior and experienced lawyers ready to assist existing Attwood Marshall clients and Robina Town Centre patrons.
Attwood Marshall has all bases covered in relation to the legal needs of clients but in the areas of estate litigation, estate planning and family law, there is an abundance of legal talent available on a full-time basis at Robina.
Whether you are a family member or beneficiary that has been left out of a Will or not adequately provided for in an estate or you are the executor or personal representative in an estate which has a claim being made against it, you need to ensure that you receive legal advice from lawyers who are experienced in this area of law. Senior Associate, Melissa Tucker, practices exclusively in the area of estate litigation and regularly appears in the Supreme Courts of Qld and NSW. Melissa is a long term Gold Coast local and lives with her husband and 3 children in Mudgeeraba. In most cases, we accept instructions on a “no win no fee” basis with a free initial consultation.
Estate Planning – Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney
Wills and Estates Lawyer, Larisa Kapur, practices almost exclusively in the areas of estate planning and estate administration (she also handles family law matters). Larisa is very experienced in assisting clients with drafting their Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney after carefully taking into account their overall family circumstances and asset ownership. Larisa is an extremely open and friendly lawyer who is a very good communicator and speaks in very plain language to her clients. Larisa has recently returned from maternity leave after having her first child, a beautiful baby daughter, Elena. Although Larisa misses her daughter terribly whilst at work, she enjoys the positive and friendly atmosphere of the new Robina office with her young daughter looked after by family close by in Robina. We offer a free 30 minute initial consultation in estate planning matters. Please contact us to make an appointment now.
Senior Associate, Hayley Condon is a senior family lawyer and has been practising exclusively in family law for the past 10 years. Hayley is very experienced in all facets of family law matters ranging from property settlements to matters involving children. Hayley has acted in numerous large property settlement cases with complicated asset pools and various trusts and business entities. This experience has also equipped her to provide excellent estate planning advice where family law or de facto issues are involved. Hayley’s unique insight into family law and de facto issues before and after separation places her in the best position to provide specific estate planning advice for clients who have these issues to deal with. Hayley has spent her entire professional career working on the Gold Coast and is stationed at the Robina Town Centre office 3 days per week. Family law appointments have an upfront fee associated with the initial consultation and further enquiries can be made in relation to this aspect of the matter at any time.
