Attwood Marshall Lawyers is proud to offer an annual Graduate Program that provides law graduates with the opportunity to gain practical experience in a supportive and professional environment.
Each year, we welcome graduates into our team, with intake starting in October of each year. Your 12 months with us will be a rich and rewarding experience, tailored to help you grow professionally while exploring the diverse legal sector.

Application Process
Applying to our Graduate Program is straightforward but thorough. We want to ensure we find the right fit for both you and our team. Here’s how it works:
1 ) Application Form
Submit your CV, academic transcript, and written references.
2) Interview Process
If your application is successful, you’ll be invited for an interview to discuss your skills, interests, and goals.
3) Background Check
Successful applicants will undergo a police check as part of the final step.
What to expect
Tailored Training Program: We’ll create a training program designed around your unique skills and interests, ensuring you get the most out of your time with us.
Practice Area Rotation: You’ll spend time working across at least two practice areas, allowing you to develop a well-rounded understanding of legal work and identify where your passion lies.
Support for PLT Studies: If you’re still completing your Practical Legal Training (PLT), we’ll support you with flexible, part-time opportunities so you can balance work and study.
Supervision and Mentoring: You’ll be paired with a dedicated supervisor and a mentor, as well as a buddy, ensuring you have guidance and support during your time at Attwood Marshall Lawyers.
Access to Professional Development: Take advantage of our professional development coaching sessions and learn about our frameworks that will help build your skills beyond the legal work.
