SAVE 50% OFF STAMP DUTY ON ANY NEW HOME PURCHASED
The NSW Housing Acceleration Plan (HCAP) ends on 1 July 2010.
If a contract for a new home (or a substantially renovated house) to a value of no more than $600,000 is entered into before 1 July 2010 a 50% reduction in purchase stamp duty will apply (available to all NSW purchases except first home buyers who receive even greater concessions).
