Henry joined Attwood Marshall Lawyers as a Law Clerk in February 2013 and has continually demonstrated a particular aptitude for compensation litigation. He displays the skills and temperament for a long career in Compensation Law and he has coupled his extensive work experience with law study. In 2020, he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws at Bond University and was admitted as a solicitor in June 2021.
Henry prides himself in providing excellent customer care. He is able to explain complex legal issues in simple terms while providing guidance to our clients on the various steps possible in a compensation claim. Henry enjoys helping clients through the complexities of litigation, while making a genuine difference in their lives by helping them to access quality post-accident health care.
Henry is highly competent in case management. He provides high-level legal support to the Compensation Law Department in a range of areas, including; drafting court documents, evidence analysis, arranging settlement conferences and ensuring clients are well-informed of any progressions in their case. Henry is mentored and works closely with firm Partner and Compensation Law Accredited Specialist, Jeremy Roche.
Outside of work, Henry enjoys gardening, playing golf, rugby league and touch football, and he has a keen interest in thoroughbred breeding and racing.
