Divorce, moving to a new house and death – these are the three most stressful issues people are faced with throughout their lives. With the COVID-19 pandemic significantly impacting many people’s livelihoods, this has also created significant need for people requiring legal assistance with employment law matters, family matters, and business and commercial law matters.

Attwood Marshall Lawyer Brisbane caters to all these areas with dedicated teams who practice exclusively in family law, property law, personal injury and compensation, Wills and estates, dispute resolution, commercial litigation, aged care and elder law, equine law and criminal law and traffic offences.

We understand that no two matters are the same and our Brisbane solicitors are trained to listen and connect with every client so that they can assist them using a personalised approach. We understand how important it is for someone to feel that they have been heard when they are going through a stressful time in their life.

Through effective communication, expert knowledge and experience, we can help our clients resolve their matters quickly and effectively.

For anyone who has been involved in an accident or suffered an illness or injury, we know it is not always possible to make your way to an office to discuss your legal matters. We make it as easy as possible to assist you.
