Our Southport Law Firm Location

Southport is the Central Business District for the Gold Coast. With the Broadwater Parklands, major hospitals, Gold Coast Aquatic Centre, and commercial infrastructure dominating the region, Southport attracts national and international investment each year.

Attwood Marshall Lawyers’ Southport office is well-positioned in the legal district opposite the Southport Courthouse in Excalibur House. We are at Suite 7, Level 2, 52 Davenport Street, Southport.

There is street parking available throughout the area, as well as a large carpark known as Mal Burke carpark,  just opposite our offices which is open 24/7. 

The nearest light rail stop is Southport Station on Nerang Street. The Scarborough Street at Marshall Lane bus station is also only 250m away from our office for convenience when using public transport.

Jeff first joined Attwood Marshall Lawyers as an Articled Law Clerk in 1981.

He quickly excelled under the tutelage of founding partner Bob Marshall, becoming a partner in 1991 and later achieving dual accreditation as a specialist in personal injury law.

Jeff has served as the firm’s managing partner since 1998 and has also built-up significant expertise in litigation, Wills and Estates, commercial law, and equine law.

Angela Harry is the Partner who leads the Wills & Estate Department and has been with Attwood Marshall Lawyers since 2006.

Charles Lethbridge is a Partner and heads up our Commercial Litigation Department. Charles is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Dispute Resolution.

Charles heads up the Commercial Litigation team, with a particular focus on property disputes, building and construction disputes, shareholder/director disputes, and various other litigious areas. His extensive portfolio ranges from handling multi-million-dollar claims in the Federal Court of Australia to providing invaluable assistance to family-owned companies and individuals. Charles excels in alternative dispute resolution, recognizing that only a small fraction of cases proceed to trial in Australia. His accreditation from the Law Society of NSW underscores his proficiency in this highly competitive field.

Debbie Sage is a Partner and Accredited Aged Care Professional in the Wills and Estates Department. Her primary focus is in matters related to estate administration. As an Accredited Aged Care Professional, Debbie is also able to provide insight and professional advice to clients regarding all areas of aged care.

Debbie is a Partner in the Wills and Estates and Aged Care teams. With nearly 20 years’ experience in the field, she has built up extensive expertise and skills with a primary focus on estate administration matters.

As an Accredited Aged Care Professional with Aged Care Steps, Debbie heads up Attwood Marshall Lawyers’ Aged Care department and provides insight and professional advice to clients regarding all aged care and retirement planning.

Lucy McPherson has worked exclusively in estate litigation since 2010. Since starting her legal career in 2010, Lucy has worked exclusively in the area of estate litigation. Lucy is based on the border of New South Wales and Queensland and is competent working across all jurisdictions.

Lucy has worked exclusively in Wills and estate disputes since 2010. As head of the firm’s Estate Litigation team, Lucy specializes in family provision disputes and other litigious estate matters. She has also developed expertise in guardianship, financial management law and public trustee disputes. 

She is a valuable member of professional association Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and her vast knowledge and steely determination instil confidence in clients who are aggrieved by a family member’s decisions upon their death.
