Wills & Estates Senior Associate Debbie Sage will join Robyn Hyland to talk about the importance of planning for end-of-life care and what options are available.

Lily is a Lawyer in our Estate Litigation team, specialising in contested Wills and disputes over estates.

Lily has been working in law since 2018, with a strong background in estate planning, administration and contested Wills.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Bond University. She has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and is a member of Queensland Law Society.

Before focusing on Wills and Estates, she also picked up experience in other areas of law including litigation, family law, and conveyancing.

Lily was drawn to a position at Attwood Marshall Lawyers because she wanted to further develop her knowledge and expertise in Wills and Estates. Before joining the firm, she had built up a specialist understanding in inheritance law, estate planning, asset protection strategies and deceased estate administration.

Lily enjoyed the more contentious matters that came across her desk, and so is keen to focus solely on estate litigation as she furthers her career.

Lily is passionate about helping clients navigate complex and unfamiliar processes, from beginning to end. She understands that her clients are often facing challenging times, and she is committed to helping them achieve their desired results.
