Tobie Mitchell

Tobie Mitchell is a Senior Associate in our Property & Commercial Law team.

Tobie primarily focuses on commercial law for small to large enterprises. In his commercial law practice, Tobie advises clients on a broad array of matters including business law, lending, intellectual property, and franchising.

Outside of commercial and business law, Tobie can provide advice on a range of property and real estate matters including commercial and residential developments, purchase and sale of property, strata and community titles law, and leasing.

Tobie holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Government and International Relations (GIR) from Griffith University.

He strives to understand the position of his clients’ individual needs, to build and maintain strong relationships, and to provide commercially viable services to deliver excellent outcomes.
