Welcome Olivia Roeszler
Olivia is a dedicated Wills and Estates lawyer, with a focus on estate planning. She is committed to ensuring that her clients’ concerns and testamentary wishes are not only heard, but fully addressed in their estate planning needs.
With a strong sense of empathy, Olivia offers personalised service, making sure her clients feel cared for and confident that their most important legal documents are meticulously prepared.
Her approach is centred on simplifying the legal process, aiming to make it as efficient and stress-free as possible, while empowering clients to make informed decisions that best suit their needs.
Since beginning her legal career in 2014, Olivia’s passion for law has driven her to achieve her qualification as a solicitor in 2023. She has further solidified her expertise by earning a Bachelor of Laws, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, a Diploma in Legal Studies and a Certificate III in Business, Administration, Legal.
Welcome Chloe Wilson
Chloe is a passionate advocate of estate planning and loves engaging with clients, hearing their life stories and providing them with the best strategies and estate plan to protect their assets for the next generation.
She graduated from Griffith University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Psychological Science and then completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2022.
She was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland in August 2022 and began working as a lawyer in January 2023, working predominately in Wills and Estates; her interest and passion.
Chloe had previously worked as a disability support worker for a number of years while studying her law degree, an experience which has helped shape her approach with members of the public. She is compassionate, empathetic and patient and continues to be an advocate for vulnerable people in our community.
With her background in psychology, it is her goal to make every client feel comfortable and she successfully builds a strong, trusting interpersonal relationship with them.

Both Olivia and Chloe will be based full time at Attwood Marshall Lawyers’ new Southport office at Suite 7, Level 2, Excalibur House, 52 Davenport Street, Southport QLD 4215. The Southport office is located opposite the Southport District and Magistrates Court.
The office is ideal for clients located in Southport, Main Beach, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Labrador, Arundel, Parkwood, Molendinar, Ashmore, Bundall, Runaway Bay, Hope Island, and surrounding suburbs.
In addition to our estate planning services, our clients can also make appointments to see any of our lawyers across all areas of law at the Southport office.
The tram line runs a short distance away, making access by public transport easier. There is also parking available at the large Mal Burke car park which is opposite the building and accessed via Hicks Street, as well as ample street parking.
