Attwood Marshall Lawyers have over the last 3 weeks participated in the Salvation Army Community Wills Days at our offices in Robina, Coolangatta and Kingscliff.
On these days our dedicated Wills & Estates Lawyers provide their services free of charge and prepare Simple Wills for clients who register for the program, in return for a small donation by the clients to the Salvation Army. This round of appointments have resulted in over 120 Wills being prepared, with the Southport Wills Day at the Salvation Army Temple in October yet to be held.
These Will days help to make sure that people have a properly prepared Will by lawyers experienced in this area of law which reflects their wishes. All money raised goes directly to the Salvation Army for them to continue their tireless work helping people in crisis. It also provides an opportunity for the members of the public to make provision in their wills for the benefit of the Salvo’s, but this is not a prerequisite to register for the Wills Day.
Attwood Marshall Lawyers have proudly supported the Salvation Army Wills Days since 2005 and appreciate the opportunity to assist such a worthy charity in the community. We have one of the largest dedicated group of Wills & Estates lawyers who practice exclusively in this area and offer this experience to members of the public who support the Salvo’s.
