Jessica holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Science from Southern Cross University and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The Australian National University. She has been admitted as a solicitor in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Prior to joining Attwood Marshall Lawyers, Jessica was an associate lawyer at a boutique commercial law firm on the Gold Coast, where she worked for nearly nine years practicing in residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing, subdivision, and general property and commercial dealings. She also picked up experience in wills and estates matters, including estate planning.

Since her admission in 2016, she has acted in a range of different matters, with clients ranging from large corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as individuals. Jessica has cultivated strong client relationships and has dedicated herself to providing practical advice and achieving the best outcomes for her clients.

Jessica’s industry experience has enabled her to approach matters with a wide lens while providing personalised attention to every transaction. Jessica appreciates the varied nature of commercial and business transactions and loves to be challenged.

As head of Attwood Marshall Lawyers’ Property and Commercial department, Jessica looks forward to guiding the team in achieving the highest standards and continuing to ensure client satisfaction.

She is a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Women’s Lawyers Association of Queensland.
