Tyra handles all client enquiries about our No Win, No Fee service, Total and Permanent Disability (TPD)/superannuation claims, institutional abuse, motor vehicle accidents, public liability injuries and workers' compensation claims.

Tyra brings with her close to 10 years’ experience in the legal industry, predominately in Personal Injury and Compensation Law. She has always been interested in law, with most of her family working in the justice sector, whether as lawyers or police officers or in administration at various levels of the legal system.

Tyra is a qualified Justice of the Peace and has worked her way up the ranks at various law firms in Queensland.

She started her career as an administrative assistant at a law firm in Rockhampton, supporting her colleagues across several different areas of practice. She was then promoted to legal assistant and worked for several years at a national personal injury law firm based on the Sunshine Coast before moving to the Gold Coast. She continued to work as a legal assistant before moving into the role of a paralegal. In 2024, she was appointed department manager at Attwood Marshall Lawyers.

Here, Tyra manages the client-lawyer relationship during and after the engagement process, along with overseeing the Compensation Law team's workload to ensure all clients receive exceptional services.

She brings with her compassion, understanding and excellent communication skills that allow her to really listen to our clients’ stories and reassure them about the process they are embarking on to make a compensation claim.

Tyra ensures that each client will be supported by the right lawyer for their unique matter. She is driven by a desire to always do what is in the client’s best interest, and thrives off the work she does, knowing that she has helped a client through a truly difficult time in their lives.
