Free Wills for Aged Care Workers

Making proper arrangements for your estate planning is one of the most important things you can do for your family. At Attwood Marshall Lawyers, we have a dedicated team of estate planning lawyers who practice exclusively in Wills and estates.

We recognise that aged care workers have persevered through an industry marked by continuous change and demanding conditions, enduring years of challenges.

To support the industry and to give back to the dedicated workers who tirelessly serve in the aged care sector, providing essential care to elderly citizens day in and day out, we are excited to offer our “Free Wills for Aged Care Workers” program.

This offer is available to all aged care workers located on the Gold Coast and Tweed and will be available throughout March 2024.

Aged care workers can visit our experienced estate planning lawyers to plan for the future, preserve their wishes, and have their Will drafted, free of charge.

The offer includes:

  • A 30-minute estate planning review for advice on any strategies individuals may want to consider.
  • The drafting of one simple Will to be prepared by an experienced estate planning lawyer.
  • An electronic copy of your Will is provided and the original document can be safely stored in our strongroom, free of charge.
