Xara joined the Wills and Estates team at Attwood Marshall Lawyers in March 2021.

She is able to help her clients put in place a comprehensive estate plan. Her previous legal experience in litigation enables her to easily identify potential challenges her clients may face when establishing the most appropriate estate planning strategies, and she is able to effectively consider potential contingencies throughout the process.

Xara holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University, as well as a Master of Human Resource Management. She has also attained the post graduate qualification of ‘Graduate Certificate in Applied Law in Wills & Estate Planning’ at The College of Law.

Xara’s strengths are truly understanding her client’s needs and key objectives. She is highly skilled at legal drafting, dispute resolution and mediation, and producing a high standard of work with exceptional attention to detail.

She has an ability to present complex information in a concise and compelling manner, and she is able to overcome challenges in a pragmatic way; thinking outside the box.

Xara has experience running her own e-commerce business and has spent time living and working overseas. When she is not practicing law, she enjoys reading, practicing yoga and travelling.
