Zoe joined Attwood Marshall Lawyers in 2016 after working as a legal receptionist which ignited her passion for helping people get their legal affairs in order. Her legal skills, natural empathy with clients and high attention to detail saw her promoted to the Wills and Estates department as a Paralegal in 2018. Zoe then obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University and Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Now an Associate, Zoe works predominantly in estate planning. She diligently takes clients’ instructions for their Wills and Powers of Attorney documents, and can deliver complex advice using clear communication to ensure her clients have a complete understanding of the estate planning process and strategies she is recommending. She is particularly sensitive when helping those dealing with the loss of a loved one.

Zoe enjoys guiding clients through what many perceive to be a daunting and morbid process. Her clients often tell her they wouldn’t have left their estate planning so long if they knew it would have all been so easy. She enjoys meeting people from all different walks of life and working with them to achieve their estate planning needs and personal goals.

She has developed a particular affinity for estate planning matters that involve complex or intricate characteristics. She also enjoys completing property transactions and assisting other lawyers with estate administrative matters.

Much loved by her clients, Zoe consistently receives excellent feedback for her high quality and caring work.
