Making your client’s life easier

Buying and selling property ranks as one of life’s most stressful events. We aim to take that stress away and make the process as simple as possible. Our team are always accessible and can be easily contacted to keep clients up-to-date every step of the way. We aim to achieve settlement on time without delay or fuss.

We’re accessible

Unlike many other law firms, we have extended trading hours to facilitate property transactions outside of standard business hours. Our team are available Thursday nights and Saturday mornings at our Robina Town Centre office to provide pre-signing advice to all clients who may be attending open homes. We also have a 24/7 phone line so anyone can reach us around the clock if their matter is urgent. Call 1800 621 071.

We service all areas of law

Often when people are buying and selling property, they have other legal matters they need to resolve. As an all-service law firm, our property and commercial team are supported by other specialist departments that are able to help with any overlapping matters that arise for clients. This can include transitioning to aged care, family law matters, property disputes, or updating a Will and estate planning.

Meet the Commercial Litigation team

Our dedicated team of lawyers who practice exclusively in commercial litigation and dispute resolution can assist with property disputes across all states and territories of Australia.

We understand that property-related conflicts can evoke strong emotions. Our experienced solicitors are here to help you in navigating and resolving these disputes. They will not only remind you of your legal obligations and duty of care as an agent but also provide the necessary support to effectively address the current issue. Our expertise extends to a range of dispute scenarios, including but not limited to Contracts for Sale disputes, tenancy agreement conflicts, body corporate disputes, equitable claims, co-owner disputes, third-party damage claims, and matters related to caveats. These are some of the core areas where we focus our attention.

In situations where conflicting parties reach a standstill, seeking expert advice from a dispute resolution lawyer can significantly expedite the resolution process. This approach encourages effective communication among all parties involved and underscores the shared objective of achieving a prompt and satisfactory resolution.
