Wills & Estates Senior Associate Debbie Sage will join Robyn Hyland to talk about the importance of planning for end-of-life care and what options are available.
Angela Harry is the Partner who leads the Wills & Estate Department and has been with Attwood Marshall Lawyers since 2006.

Angela has a strong work ethic, is very organised and meticulous in all areas of her file management. Angela is an energetic, vibrant, intelligent lawyer with an amazing recall of her past clients.  Angela knows how to effectively and efficiently deal with people from all walks of life.

Angela graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Business (majoring in International Business) and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours), and after completing her PLT was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2008.

She enjoys continuing to develop and advance her legal and technical knowledge and has a passion for all areas of the Wills & Estates practice. Angela holds a Master of Applied Law (Wills & Estates) degree through the College of Law, has completed the College of Law’s Certificate in Testamentary Trusts and the Queensland Practice Management Course. Angela is also a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). STEP is the worldwide professional association for those advising families across generations. STEP promotes best practice, professional integrity and education to its members.

Being based on the border of New South Wales and Queensland, Angela is familiar and competent in both jurisdictions. Angela’s areas of expertise include Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney (QLD and NSW) & Enduring Guardians, Elder Law, Granny Flat Agreements and Deceased Estate Administration and Probate.

Angela  has a broad range of responsibilities that include the execution and management of a substantial file load that involve complex wills & estate planning, elder law, probate and deceased estate administration in both Queensland and New South Wales. As well as participating in distribution / marketing of the firm, Angela takes on an active role in mentoring and supervising junior staff in the Wills & Estate Department as well as providing a sounding board for other senior lawyers.

Angela was raised in the Tweed Heads area and is a true Gold Coast local.
