Fleur Wallis

With 25 years’ experience as a conveyancer, including a decade as a registered real estate salesperson on the Gold Coast, Fleur has a vast knowledge of the property market and conveyancing industry.

Six of those years were spent running a highly respected real estate office on the Gold Coast, giving her valuable skills as a salesperson, contracts administrator and team leader. She also has three years’ experience as a Property and Commercial Law Paralegal, giving her a high level of experience in all things property and commercial related.

At Attwood Marshall Lawyers, Fleur manages the day-to-day operations of the Property and Commercial Law team, providing support to all staff and clients, and maintaining oversight of the team to ensure it functions efficiently.

She values the long-standing relationships she forms, both with the clients she assists and other industry professionals she collaborates with in her role.

Fleur truly loves helping people secure their property dreams. A house is often one of the biggest assets a person can buy in their lifetime, and she finds her clients’ excitement one of the most rewarding parts of the job. She also appreciates that life doesn’t always go according to plan and finds it an honour that her clients place their trust in her to assist them through some of the hard times too.

She knows that Property and Commercial Law is an everchanging area and makes it a priority to stay up to date with legislative changes, industry trends and market movements.
