Mitch has been working in the Brisbane legal industry since 2021, beginning as a paralegal before qualifying as a lawyer. He joined Attwood Marshall Lawyers in October 2026.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from Queensland University of Technology, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law Australia.
He was admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in May 2026.
Mitch primarily focuses on commercial and retail leasing, property transactions, business transactions, property development, contract drafting and negotiations, loan agreements and mortgages, retirement village agreements, shareholders agreements and other commercial documents and transactions.
He has significant experience working in fast-paced environments and acting for both large companies and “mum and dad” clients.
As a child, Mitch wanted to be a detective. That interest in investigating the detail and getting to the bottom of a problem led him to a career in law, where he applies his attention to detail and communication skills to reviewing contracts, leases and transactions and explaining complex legal concepts in easy-to-understand language.
