Krista Peck

Krista joined Attwood Marshall Lawyers in 2024 as an Administration Assistant and has since progressed to her current role as a Paralegal.

Day-to-day, she liaises with new and existing clients and supports our litigation lawyers with their matters by assisting with the preparation of legal documents and coordinating client appointments.

Krista was drawn to a career in law due to her passion for advocacy. She has a strong interest in the intricacies of social inequalities and how the law can be used to address them. She finds real purpose in offering support and reassurance during challenging times.

Currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at Griffith University, Krista is also a qualified Justice of the Peace.

Her studies have sharpened her ability to identify legal issues, work effectively within a team and have compassion for people from all different walks of life. She is eager to continue learning from the experienced legal professionals around her, bringing an academic insight as well as a grounded, people-first approach to her work.
