Lily Prasad

Lily has been working in law since 2018, building a strong foundation in Wills and Estates before establishing her practice solely in Estate Litigation.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Bond University. She is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and a member of Queensland Law Society.

Before joining Attwood Marshall Lawyers, Lily developed a specialist understanding in inheritance law, estate planning, and deceased estate administration, experience that gives her a distinct advantage in estate litigation. Understanding how an estate has been administered and where things may have gone wrong is often central to how a dispute unfolds, and Lily is well placed to identify and act on that.

What draws Lily to estate litigation is that it is rarely purely transactional. Disputes over estates are deeply personal and family dynamics can be complex. Guiding clients through a process that can span a year or more from start to resolution and the relationships built along the way is something Lily finds genuinely meaningful about her work.
