Attwood Marshall Lawyers are proud to offer our “No Win, No Fee” Guarantee for Compensation Claims and Contesting Wills

Attwood Marshall Lawyers acts on a No Win, No Fee guarantee for almost all compensation claims and matters related to contesting Wills. In some circumstances, we may also accept Commercial Litigation matters on a deferred fee basis.

What does No Win, No Fee actually mean?

The general definition of “No Win, No Fee” means our lawyers will take on your compensation case and if you do not succeed or “win” your case, you will not be charged any fees. When/if you win your case, you will then be charged fees based on the agreed costs and disbursements involved in pursuing your claim. These costs are outlined in a “Costs Agreement” which is entered into between yourself and your lawyer before proceeding with the claim. There will be complete transparency as to what the costs are associated with your claim and these will be explained to you clearly before you proceed with your matter.

Types of claims that Attwood Marshall Lawyers can act on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis

  • Compensation claims
  • Estate litigation / contesting a Will
  • Professional negligence claims (where indemnity insurance is held and covers the event)
  • Commercial litigation claims (in approved cases)
  • Claims against banks, financial institutions or governments (in approved cases)
  • Class actions (in approved cases)

This list is not exhaustive, and each matter will be reviewed to determine if it falls within our “No Win, No Fee” policy.

Please contact us to see if your claim may qualify for our “No Win, No Fee” guarantee.
