That’s why we’re excited to announce our new partnership with 4BC Brisbane and the launch of Brisbane’s Legal Lowdown with Attwood Marshall Lawyers — a weekly talkback radio segment hosted by Sofie Formica on her popular afternoon show.
Each Wednesday from 2.35 pm, one of our lawyers will join Sofie live on air to chat through the legal issues that matter most to the community — whether it’s Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney, navigating aged care, handling a dispute, or understanding your compensation rights. Listeners will also have the chance to call in and ask questions, getting guidance on issues affecting them or their loved ones.
This segment is all about honest conversations and real information. We want to help people feel more confident about their legal rights and the steps they can take to protect themselves and their families.
Our new Brisbane segment is inspired by the strong response to our radio partnership with 4CRB (89.3FM) on the Gold Coast, which has been running for over five years. “Law Talks” on 4CRB quickly became a popular program, and it’s clear there’s a real appetite for accessible, trustworthy legal advice — without the jargon. Bringing that same approach to a wider Brisbane audience felt like a natural next step and is supported by our Brisbane office located on the 27th Level of the Santos Building, 32 Turbot Street.
Expanding our Brisbane presence
This radio segment also comes at a time of growth for our Brisbane office. We’ve recently welcomed several experienced Brisbane based senior lawyers to the team, bringing further depth and expertise in Wills and Estates, Estate Litigation, and Commercial Litigation.
